...and after many hours of cutting and grouping, the list is down to 45.

🧒 Rosewood Gets $9m Early Learning Centre

The Australian Government is providing $9 million for a new early learning service at Rosewood State School, expected to create 75 places by 2028. It gives Rosewood families a school-linked option and cuts the double drop-off for some parents. Local Ipswich News →

🏥 Ipswich Lands New Neuro Wellness Hub

The Queensland Government named Ipswich among eight regional Neuro Wellness Hub locations, with procurement due mid-year and services scheduled to operate by 2027. ⚖️ Vyleen White Killer’s Sentence Appeal Rejected

Queensland’s Court of Appeal upheld the 16-year sentence for the teenager who murdered Vyleen White at an Ipswich shopping centre in February 2024. The ruling keeps the original detention term in place after his appeal was dismissed. ABC News →
