INSIDER #060 – Ripley, believe it or not

TOGETHER WITH

Today we kick off Rise of Ripley, a three-part deep dive into Queensland's fastest growing community. We also investigate the curious case of Binnies Road, finished on both sides but missing 337 metres in the middle. And we welcome Loan Market Ripley Valley as our first Ipswich Insider Partner. All the details below. Catch ya round.

🗺️ The Rise of Ripley

Ripley Valley is one of the biggest growth bets in Australia.

And it's in Ipswich.

Most locals know Providence and Splash 'n' Play. Few realise the official growth area runs all the way south to Dalys Lagoon.

4,680 hectares. 48,750 homes planned. Already Queensland's fastest growing community.

Today we open The Rise of Ripley. Three parts. The valley. The masterplan. The buildout.

The Curious Case of Binnies Rd in Ripley

Binnies Rd was meant to connect Deebing Heights and Ripley.

Most of it is built.

Except for one 337m section in the middle.

Two estates either side. One gap that has never been filled. Cadence residents now wear a detour through their own streets every time anyone's heading through.

So why's there still a missing link?
